Mrs Hoppy love tortoise but he also love secretly his neighbor, Mrs. Silver, 

that live in the apartment just below.Mrs. Silver have a tortoise called Alfie and she would like that she get bigger. 

Mr. Hoppy said to Mrs. Silver to read a magic formula to her tortoise and she could grow. 

But, while Mrs.Silver went to work, he bought many tortoises and  had the idea to exchanged Alfie during many weeks with other tortoises to make her believe that she grow. At the end, Mrs.Silver fall in love 

with Mrs.Hoppy and they got married.
